Matt Currie
Chief Executive

Matt's principal skill set is in undertaking capital raising work, with a particular focus on property finance. Having worked in banking and corporate finance for over 20 years his experience includes working for trading banks, finance and investment companies in both New Zealand and the UK.

Matt has a background in corporate advisory and consultancy and brings an innovative and commercial approach to projects.


Fiona Foster
Chief Financial Officer

A Chartered Accountant with over 20 years experience in accounting and finance, Fiona has worked at large multinationals in industries such as Oil and Gas, IT and Telecoms both in the UK and NZ. As we as traditional finance rolls, she has also held more commercial positions such as performance management and investment appraisals.


Cliff Arms
General Manager

Cliff is a Senior Manager with vast experience in property development and construction, with a broad background om projects in development management, project management and construction management, together with proven business management expertise.
Cliff has a strong technical background including BE (Civil) First Class Honours, and a depth of experience gained in UK, Singapore and New Zealand.


Dreydon Sobanja
Project Accountant

Dreydon has a BCom (Actg/MER) from the University of Auckland and has more then 10 years experience in the construction industry in Finance Manager and CFO roles.


Elmarie Andrews
Office Manager and Sales Person

An accomplished Executive Assistant offering over 15 years experience in Office Management, HR, Accounting and Procurement in both logistics and property development companies. Elmarie has developed the skills that ensure the highest level of competence, time management and confidentiality. Having worked in executive offices, she has a vast understanding of the importance in acting as a liaison allowing for executives time to be maximized as well as assisting in any way possible.



Mark Taylor
Senior Development Manager

Combining a Civil Engineering degree and over 20 years experience, Mark brings extensive experience in civil construction, infrastructure, railways, commercial developments and more recently industrial plant expansion. Mark has managed projects from inspection, through feasibility and design developments to construction delivery management. He is able to adapt across a projects individual requirements and can manage multi-disciplinary projects across time, cost quality and safety performance targets.


James D'Anvers
Development Manager

James has 15 years experience managing the entire life cycle of residential and commercial property development and construction.
With a strong interest in design, his broad experience has equipped him with the ability to address challenging and unique projects; from site selection and feasibility, through to successful delivery, marketing and disposal. He also carries experience in commercial property leasing and asset management.


Jeremy Fry
Development Manager

A Geography graduate, Jeremy has a practical and innovative approach to project management and support, bringing skills gained working in a range of industries. He is focused on building lasting and productive relationships within communities to ensure positive outcome for all stakeholders.


Marcel Van Drongelen
Sales and Marketing Manager

Heading up the Sales and Marketing team, Marcel brings over 12 years of experience in marketing strategy and content production across digital, print, mobile and social, Marcel has delivered innovative campaign execution with globally recognised brands such as Ray White, Television New Zealand, Fisher & Paykel and Hilton Hotels. Marcel delivers proven experience in leading brand, marketing communications and digital channel strategy through a network of industry freelance writers, designers, videographers, photographers and web developers.
